A switch cover is made of polycarbonate regrind V2 thermoplastic material, so it provides flexibility, durability and resilience to handle hard impacts and heavy force. This is also a type of flame retardant material.
The product is designed for easy installation and includes matching installation screws. The design is based on Design Thinking method and perfected by surveying customer needs.
Switch covers of Rang Dong come in various types to fit different types of switches.
Standard, mid-siRang Dong's switch covers, and giant switch covers are offered to fit different amounts of wall space surrounding the outlet. Single or multi-gang options are also available.
For example, Rang Dong currently provides three common types of switch covers namely 1-gang, 2-gang and 3-gang options. The model MOC01 80x120x9/2H has two gangs with the dimensions of 120x80x90mm (LxWxH). The mass is about 20g. The distance between the 2 mounting screw holes is 83 mm.

Step-by-step instructions on how to install Rang Dong’s switch covers.
- Step 1: Install parts of the outlet or switch into the frame
- Step 2: Loosen the screws on the switch and connect the power cord
- Step 3: Use screws to fasten the frame to the recessed base
- Step 4: Place the switch cover over the switch frame, aligning the holes on the cover with the screw holes on the wall and secure the cover in place with screws.
Before installation, please turn off the power supply to the switches or outlets that require a cover. Users can do this by switching the breaker and testing the switch to ensure that there is no power running through it.
When using the covers, users should clean them regularly and upgrade to new ones if they’re damaged. Check if the cover is securely placed to ensure that it is working efficiently, preventing a fall off that could potentially cause hazards.
