Rang Dong's LED products join Vietnam's fight against pandemic
The lighting system designed by Rang Dong, fully known as Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC, was presented to the Hanoi Medical University, the hospital investor, on August 9.
The Hanoi-based company, Vietnam's leading manufacturer of LED products and provider of smart lighting solutions, would also provide materials for the system to ensure quality and progress of the COVID-19 Hospital project located in Hanoi's district of Hoang Mai.

Following more than a month of construction by Vietnam's Delta Group, the 500-bed field hospital, one of the country's most modern treatment facilities for COVID-19 patients, has become operational since September 1 to provide intensive care to patients in Hanoi and several neighboring provinces.
Hospital is a special environment with around-the-clock operation. A strict standard is required for its lighting system, with limited maintenance and replacement, while the light must be suitable for each location and specific use.
Rang Dong's lighting solution, incorporating various types of lights to meet the requirements, provides a quality light source, preventing eye strain and glare, making it easier for doctors to manipulate and observe medical devices, and treat patients more easily.
