Instructions for usage

1. Wiring:
2. Pass the wire of solar panels from the top of the solar powered street light, and thread the inside to the top of the tube to install the light
3. Plug the solar powered street light in the solar panel.
4. Cover the solar panel, and check the light. If it’s on, it means the wiring is complete.

2. Place the light holder on the top part of the light bend pipe.
3. Adjust the light holder to an appropriate angle, use the M8x40 bolt through the Φ8 black washer and the light holder, then use the M8 screw to catch the lamp post, and finally tighten it with the M6.E ​​hexagon.

Note: Make sure the solar panel and the light bend pipe are tightly connected.

III. Lamp bend pipe connection: Move the bend pipe that is fitted with the light to the appropriate position on the light’s pole and fix it to the pole.

2. Attach the bracket to the rear side of the solar panel.
3. Fasten solar panels to the top of the column, adjust the angle of the solar panel, and make sure the column holds the solar panel face directly towards the sun.

Note: Must ensure all the screws of the solar panel holder are fastened with hexagons

Step 4. Solar panels connection

1. Fixed light pole: Make sure all the components are securely fastened, then erect the pole and fasten to the coupling.

Note: Before erecting the fixing pole make sure all bolts are tightened.

Conditions of installation: The product should be installed in a sunny area and the solar panel is kept in a position so that it always receives sunlight under any conditions. Otherwise, the lighting time will be shortened.

Maintenance:

• When installed in a dusty or heavily dusty area, such as a coal mine area, etc. Solar panels should be cleaned regularly.
• If the M8 bolt is loose, tighten it immediately.
