Vietnam's Rang Dong Shows Product Ecosystem to Young Students
The company, fully known as Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company, received a group of students from Delta Global School-Dewey, an international school in Hanoi, on January 26, 2026. The visit offered young learners an immersive experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment and Rang Dong’s advanced Lighting 4.0+ solutions, bridging classroom learning with real-world industry applications.
Students explored the comprehensive 4.0+ product and service ecosystem, which integrates smart lighting, connected devices, energy-efficient solutions, and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. They learned how these technologies create intelligent, sustainable living and working spaces.
During the tour, students visited the state-of-the-art Surface Mount Technology production line, where automated machines precisely assemble electronic components for LED products with high accuracy and speed.
They were then taken to see the Digital Operations Center for LED manufacturing, a centralized hub that monitors real-time production data, optimizes workflows, and ensures quality through advanced analytics.
The tour also included a call at the Lighting Research and Development Center, where engineers innovate new smart lighting concepts, test prototypes, and develop solutions tailored to future needs.
Students gained hands-on experiences as they interacted with smart home demonstrations and modern intelligent lighting systems. They controlled lights via mobile apps, adjusted settings with voice commands, tested motion-sensor activation, and explored energy-saving modes that adapt to natural daylight and user presence.
These interactions showcased practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT connectivity, and automation in everyday life.

The visit provided a realistic glimpse into the technology and manufacturing sectors, sparking curiosity about engineering, innovation and digital careers.
