Rang Dong's latest product is the passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor light bulb, Model A60.PIR/9W.
Rang Dong's motion sensor bulbs follow a standard type, which is A60, 9W and E27 base. Its luminous intensity reaches 750 (lm) for 6500K CCT and 720 (lm) for 3000K CCT. This LED bulb’s lifespan is 20,000 hours, which is a high standard for normal bulbs in the market.

The motion sensor LED bulb has a polycarbonates cover. The material has high optical transmittance, which enhances the lighting efficiency. The bulb’s heatsink is made of plastic coated aluminum, making it safe to touch the bulb even when power is on while it also helps expand the bulb’s lifespan.

How do the motion sensor light bulbs work?
This LED bulb can be the best option as it offers convenience to our life. Thanks to the PIR sensor, the bulb can turn on or off automatically, depending on whether illuminance is below or above 80 lux, and if any motion is found within the detection range.
- If the illuminance of the space where the bulb is installed is higher than 80 lux, which means the light is enough to see clearly, the bulb is off.
- If the illuminance of the space is smaller than 80 lux, and the detect eye of the bulb senses any motion of a more-than-35-degree-Celsius object within its detection range, the bulb is turned on.
- When the light is on, if the detect eye doesn’t detect any motion within 60 seconds, it is automatically turned off.
How to use
Installation instruction
This bulb’s detect eye can sense within 90 degrees (maximum). The ideal distance from the bulb to the floor should be from 2 to 3 meters. For a larger space, the bulb should be installed on the wall at a 45-degree angle to ensure the best performance.

The photos above suggest various venues where this bulb can be installed, be it the corridor, stairways, bathroom or basement. However, if the temperature is above 35 degree Celsius, the bulb might not work properly. Therefore, it’s highly recommended that we keep hot objects away from the bulb.
