Currently, Rang Dong has been exporting LED light products to over 40 countries, including Singapore, USA, UK, EU, South Korea, Cuba, Australia, Myanmar and Yemen. In 2019, Rang Dong’s export of LED tubes accounted for 15% of the company’s total export revenue, followed by LED Panels, LED Floodlights, LED Bulbs, LED High Bays and LED Ceiling.

Output rise expected

In order to meet customer’s demands globally, Rang Dong keeps on learning and applying technology to get higher quantity while using less time, less effort and fewer workers.

Rang Dong is capable of turning out more than 150 million products per year, 15 million of which are LED lights. The company has projected to raise the annual output by 20 percent in the coming years. This is a huge quantity that no other LED lighting manufacturers in Vietnam could achieve.

The automated systems and modern management tools applied for the LED production lines are LSS, Kaizen, TPM, TWI and Lean Six Sigma, allowing easy, faster and more precise operation of all systems.

S5 - Sustain: Sustain new practices and conduct audits to maintain discipline.

Meets IES LM80 standard for LED package, and IEC 62471 for biosafety of lights

Rang Dong’s LED lights use high-quality Samsung packages that meet IEC 62471 standard on biosecurity of the lamp, regulations on blue light as they do not affect human cornea and retina, while their high efficiency in duty helps save electricity, last longer, and produce honest light quality. LED packages can last up to 54,000 hours as tested and certified according to IES LM80 standards issued by the North American Lighting Engineering Association.

Earned UL and KC certifications for safety level of electrical and electronic equipment

Rang Dong’s LED lights meet UL (Underwriters Laboratory) and KC standards of the North American and South Korean markets, respectively, on the safety level commitment for electrical and electronic equipment.

Rang Dong’s lights are especially excellent in high color rendering index (CRI: 85); reach the Standard Deviation Colour Matching: SCDM ≤ 5 (meeting U.S. and South Korean requirements for circulation) for high color quality; produce true and natural light; maximize the ability to identify the color of the illuminated objects.

Meets European RoHS standards for safety in health and the environment

RoHS is a European standard regulating the ban of 10 substances that are particularly dangerous to the environment and human health in the production of electrical and electronic equipment: Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), valence chromium 6, Brom compounds such as PBBs (polybrominated biphenyls), PBDEs (polybrominated diphenyl ethers), Lead (Pb), diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Diethyl phthalate (DEP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).

Rang Dong’s LED lights have all meet RoHS standards as they are completely environmentally friendly and allowed to circulate in Europe.
